Relevant Social Work qualification

What will you be doing?
As a Social Worker, your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and working closely with clients and their families. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
Conducting comprehensive needs assessments for clients
Developing and implementing individual care plans
Providing direct support and advocacy to clients
Collaborating with other professionals to coordinate services
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
