Pay 39.41 LTD inclusive of holiday pay or 29.33 Exclusive of holiday pay
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments of children and young people with disabilities within the 0 – 25 age range
Develop and implement care plans based on individual needs
Provide support and guidance to families and caretakers
Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
