Meridian Business Support are recruiting Senior Support Workers to join a dedicated care team in Brackley, West Northamptonshire, offering full time hours on day or nght shifts.

Your Role: As a Support Worker, you’ll work as part of a focused and caring team. You will:
Provide high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
Promote independence and respect the dignity of each resident
Assist with general daily activities and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Support the team in maintaining consistently high standards of care
Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their familiesSkills & Attributes:
A caring and patient nature
Strong communication skills
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Previous experience in a care role is desirable – but not essential as full training can be providedBenefits
