£13.75-£14.17 per hour, 36 hours per week

Co-produce and manage support plans
Support with staff recruitment and service referrals
Lead shifts in the absence of the Service Manager
Mentor and supervise Support WorkersTo be considered for the Senior Support Worker role, ideally you will have:
SVQ3 in Health & Social Care
Relevant frontline support experience in homelessness, mental health or addictions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, responsive environment
