Belmont Recruitment are looking for experienced Residential Support Workers to join a Family Support Service in Preston, Lancashire on a 12 week contract.
You’ll be providing day to day support to individuals and families in residential settings, promoting safety, stability, and independence. The service supports people facing a range of social and emotional challenges, and we’re looking for staff who can make a real difference.
Experience in any of the following areas is highly desirable:

Drug and alcohol support
*
Domestic violence
*
Forensic services
*
Mental health
*
Offending behaviour
*
Refugees and asylum seekers
*
Rough sleepers
Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a residential or supported living environment
*
Ideally hold a recognised UK social care qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent)
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Ability to work a variety of shift patterns, including days, long days, waking nights, and sleep shifts
