What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing 24-hour care and support in a nurturing and safe environment.
Delivering individual care, assisting with daily routines, and promoting positive interactions.
Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
What We Need From You:
Experience working in a residential setting with children.
Genuine passion for supporting children with complex needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility in roles and responsibilities.
A valid driving license (required).
About the Role:
Part-time and full-time shifts available.
Book shifts through our app or with your dedicated consultant.
Competitive pay rates up to £18/hour.
Temporary contract with potential for permanency.
