We offer both full-time contracts and sessional work, providing opportunities to work with various services and support young people with complex emotional and challenging behaviour. Shifts are flexible and can include days, nights, or 24-hour cover, depending on your availability.

As a successful child residential support worker, you will:
Collaborate effectively with a team of child support workers
Provide 24-hour care to vulnerable young people
Support service users with early trauma and emotional behavioural difficulties
Accompany service users to community activities and school daily
Uphold professional boundaries and maintain a professional demeanor
Adhere to National Care Standards
Work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, bank holidays, and the Christmas periodQualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should:
Have prior experience working in a residential setting with young people
Demonstrate flexibility in your role
Possess strong communication skills
Be registered under the PVG scheme
