I am currently representing Ivolve Care & Support who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate ( PLEASE SPECIFY DESIRED HOUR OR DATE RATE) – Home willing to accommodate which is negotiable dependent upon experience
We are looking for a Registered Service Manager this role will be: Morley, LS27
The right candidate will:
Service : 7-Bed Residential Unit
Service User Age : Adults (Over 18 Years)
Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Dual Diagnoses Service Gender Mixed, Male and Female SU’s
* Providing leadership
* Maintaining staffing levels, within budget
* Stakeholder Management
* Consistent and quality 121 engagement for the teams
* Develop our approach to person centred care and support team.
* Essential training – CQC inspections.
* Ensuring positive contribution to MDT meetings
