45 hours – Permanent Day Shifts

Please note we are only accepting candidates with a UK active NMC PIN and 18 months (min) post registration experience.
The shift pattern is 4 x 07.45 – 20.00 (1 hour unpaid break) including alternative weekends.
You will be joining a fantastic care company, whose progressive and ambitious approach as a group of care homes, is shown in daily life at the home. You will work 4 day Shifts per week, we have a permanent contract available, and includes alternative weekends –
* 4 x 12 hour – Day shifts (7.45am-8pm), with a pay rate of £20.00 per hour.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
· RGN or RMN with active PIN number
· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
· Genuine interest in working with the relevant Client group
· Satisfactory DBS Check
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure that Clients’ Care Plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines & Company policy.
· Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Company’s procedure and NMC guidelines
