Registered Manager – Home Care | Uxbridge | £42,000 per annum ?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to lead and develop a brand-new Home Care service based in Uxbridge, part of one of the Top 20 Home Care Groups in the UK.
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and growing a thriving service. With a current CQC rating of Good, the aim is to build on this solid foundation and expand the business by increasing care hours and nurturing a strong, motivated team.
? Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
Ensure continued compliance with CQC regulations and best practices
Drive growth in care hours through local networking and marketing
Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing care team
Maintain excellent relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders
Oversee care assessments, care planning, and reviews
Monitor and manage service quality through audits and feedback
✅ Requirements:
Registered Manager experience in Home/Domiciliary Care (or Deputy ready to step up)
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and experience of achieving/maintaining a Good rating or better
Proven ability to increase hours and grow a service
Excellent leadership and team-building skills
Person-centred, proactive, and resilient with a hands-on management style
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
