What We’re Looking For
Proven management experience in domiciliary care or similar setting
Strong stakeholder engagement skills (e.g. with NHS, local authorities, and private clients)
A growth mindset—ready to scale services and lead change
Understanding of CQC standards and commitment to compliance and best practiceService Overview
Care Category: Elderly (expanding to Mental Health and Learning Disabilities)
Client Hours: 1,500+ per week
