I am currently representing Children Of Mangrove, who are offering permanent position for the right candidate.
We are looking for an Registered Manager this role will be: Maroon House SW20 8RH (5 Bed service )
The right candidate will:
* Overseeing the effective running of the children’s home and managing the staff team.
* Ensuring the home operates in line with current legislation, such as the Children’s Homes England Regulations 2015 and the Children Act 1989, and meeting all requirements for Ofsted registration.
* Leading, supervising, and managing the staff team.
* Ensuring the home provides a supportive environment and that care plans and risk assessments are effectively implemented to meet the needs of young people.
* Working with external bodies like local authorities, social services, and Ofsted
We require the following:
* L3 in Supporting Children and Young People in Residential Care.
* L5 in Leadership and Management is essential
* Previous experience in Ofsted Inspections
