We’re recruiting for a private domiciliary and live-in care service in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager to lead a stable, established branch and benefit from excellent pay and a high-performance bonus scheme.
What’s on offer:
£43,000 salary + bonuses
33 days’ annual leave (25 days + bank holidays)
Guaranteed 10% bonus, rising to 30% based on growth and performance
Additional pay for on-call cover
Strong operational support from Regional Managers and Head Office
Registered Manager Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch
Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and client safety
Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks
Provide respectful leadership to your team
Handle all client complaints and concerns with professionalism
Ensure accurate care planning and assessments
Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards
Registered Manager Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or live-in care
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care
Valid UK Driving Licence
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments, and compliance procedures
