  • We’re recruiting for a private-only domiciliary care service in Weston-super-Mare. This is an excellent chance for a Registered Manager to lead a stable, established branch and benefit from excellent pay and a high-performance bonus scheme.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch
    Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and safety
    Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks
    Lead, manage and develop the care team
    Handle complaints and concerns with professionalism
    Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards
    Ensure accurate care planning and assessmentsRequirements:
    Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or live-in care
    NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
    UK Driving Licence
    Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments, and compliance procedures
    Confident with digital care systems and managing rotas
    Person-centred approach to leadership and care planningWhat’s on offer:
    £40,000 salary
    Guaranteed 10% bonus, rising to 30% based on hours and performance
    33 days annual leave
    Additional pay for on-call
