? About the Role: As an experienced Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and driving the success of our start-up service. Your leadership and hands-on approach will ensure we deliver outstanding care from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
Develop and implement care plans, ensuring high standards of person-centred care
Recruit, train, and support a dedicated team of carers
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
Monitor quality assurance, safeguarding, and risk management processes
Build positive relationships with clients, families, and local healthcare partners
Drive continuous improvement and contribute ideas to support service growth
? Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in a domiciliary care management or senior supervisory role
Strong understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory standards
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care
Good organisational and communication skills
UK driving licence preferred but not essential
