Are you an experienced and passionate Registered Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity in homecare? We’re looking for a dedicated and driven individual to lead our established domiciliary care service in Bolton, part of a well-known and respected organisation based in the West Midlands.
With over 10 years of continuous operation and a strong presence in the local community, our Bolton branch delivers high-quality homecare services to older adults and those with complex needs. Proudly rated “Good” by the CQC, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care.
? The Role: As the Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of care across the service. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring compliance, developing strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Bolton domiciliary care service
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
Lead, mentor, and support the care team, including care coordinators and senior carers
Maintain and improve quality assurance processes and care delivery standards
Manage recruitment, training, and staff development
Conduct risk assessments and ensure robust care planning
Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, commissioners, and external agencies
Identify growth opportunities and drive performance targets
? Skills & Requirements:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a domiciliary or homecare setting
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
A passion for high-quality, person-centred care
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
