Registered Domiciliary Manager – Manchester

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We’re recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead a growing elderly home care service in Manchester. With over 800 care hours per week already in place, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a service that makes a genuine impact in the community.
The provider is a start-up with a clear focus on delivering high-quality, person-centered care to older adults living at home. With strong back-office support and ambitious plans for growth, you’ll be given the freedom to shape the service, build your team, and maintain full compliance with CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations of an elderly domiciliary care service
Ensure compassionate, safe, and effective care for older adults
Maintain CQC compliance and lead safeguarding practices
Manage staff recruitment, training, rota planning, and supervisions
Work closely with local authorities, families, and healthcare partnersWhat We’re Looking For:
Registered Manager or strong Deputy with elderly care experience
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
In-depth knowledge of CQC compliance, dementia care, and person-centered planning
