Registered Domiciliary Manager – Bristol
Salary: £35,000-£40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Are you ready to lead a dedicated elderly care service with real community impact? We’re hiring a Registered Domiciliary Manager for a new and ambitious home care provider in Bristol, delivering over 800 hours of elderly care per week.
This start-up is well-positioned for growth, with systems, funding, and governance in place. You’ll take the lead in building a compassionate and compliant care service that supports older adults to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Role Highlights:
Lead a domiciliary care service focused on elderly clients
Ensure CQC compliance and robust safeguarding practices
Manage care teams, support planning, and quality audits
Grow care hours sustainably while maintaining person-centred care
Liaise with families, commissioners, and health partnersIdeal Candidate:
Registered Manager or Deputy Manager with elderly care background
NVQ Level 5 or working towards
Experience supporting clients with dementia, mobility issues, and complex needs
