Registered Children’s Home Manager – Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Performance Bonus
We are recruiting a dedicated and experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a nurturing residential children’s home in Rochdale. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed leader who is passionate about improving the lives of young people and driving a home forward in line with Ofsted standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the home’s operations, ensuring a safe, supportive, and child-centred environment.
Lead and develop a motivated staff team, promoting a culture of excellence and care.
Maintain full compliance with Ofsted regulations and children’s home legislation.
Work collaboratively with local authorities, external agencies, and families to ensure each child receives tailored support and care.Requirements
Experience in a registered or deputy manager role within a children’s residential setting.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent/working towards).
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, care standards, and regulatory compliance.
Compassionate leadership style with the ability to motivate, manage, and inspire a team.What We Offer
