am working on behalf of one of the country’s leading home care providers as they are looking for a Registered Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of their office based in Shirley, Solihull. They are rated “Good” with the CQC and have been established since 2010.
The Company:
Deliver bespoke homecare in the area

Franchise setup
Offer personal care and assist with medication to mainly the elderly
Value their employees, offering ongoing training and opportunities for career progression
The role:
Working closely with the Operations Manager to grow the company
Focusing on providing a premium service to the clients
Line managing two of the office team
Conducting new client assessments
Ensuring the service is compliant with the Care Quality Commission
Required competencies:
Previous Domiciliary Care experience is highly desirable
Previous exposure to management is essential
Strong understanding of CQC regulations
Knowledge of West Midlands – desirable
