Recovery Worker – Northallerton

Belmont Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Recovery Worker to join a respected drug and alcohol service based in Northallerton.
You’ll play a key role in supporting individuals through their recovery journey, managing your own caseload, delivering one-to-one interventions, and liaising with partner agencies to ensure effective, person-centred support.
Requirements:
*
Experience managing a caseload within a substance misuse or recovery setting
*
Strong knowledge of harm reduction, relapse prevention, and recovery planning
*
Confident in conducting assessments and developing tailored care plans
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
