We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Case Worker to support adults experiencing multiple disadvantages, including homelessness, domestic abuse, and substance misuse.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll use a trauma-informed, strength-based approach to deliver person-centred support. You’ll work flexibly across services, building trust, reducing risk, and helping individuals access the care they need to move forward.
Rate: £19/hour Umbrella
PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay): £16.86/hour
PAYE (exclusive): £15.04/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of individuals with complex needs
Provide outreach and crisis support
Develop personalised support plans
Work closely with partner agencies and services
Promote independence, wellbeing, and long-term recoveryRequirements:
Experience with vulnerable groups
Strong communication and case management skills
Knowledge of safeguarding and trauma-informed practice
Full UK driving licence and own transport
