Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Stockport Council’s Front Door and Urgent Response Team. This is a full time role offering a fantastic pay rate of £30 per hour.
This is an office based role.

Working alongside Health colleagues to reduce the need for hospital attendance.
Completing visits as and when required, including same day response.
Completing Care Act and short term assessments, with a focus on reducing need and promoting a persons independence in their own home
To provide a Social Work response and expertise within a multi-disciplinary teamRequirements:
Social Work England registered
Social Work Degree or equivalent
Enhanced DBSExperience:
