Qualified Social Worker- Children’s- Experienced Contract Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As a Qualified Social Worker- Children’s- Experienced (SWL3), you will be working in local authority children’s social care, undertaking cases independently and demonstrating an ability to adapt your approach to deal with complex or unusual cases.
Job Responsibilities:
Undertake cases independently, assessing and managing risks appropriately
Demonstrate an ability to adapt your approach from first principles to deal with complex or unusual cases
Work with children, young people, and their families to assess their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, partners, and other stakeholders
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the welfare of children and young peopleBenefits:
