Monday to Friday, 12:00 – 18:30

About the Role:
This is a hands-on, floor-based role-not an office-based position. You will be actively engaged with children, leading activities, and ensuring a nurturing, safe, and fun environment. As a key part of the team, you’ll provide leadership and support to staff while fostering a positive and engaging setting for children.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Room Leader ready to take the next step
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
A passion for child development and play-based learning
Driving licence preferred
