Kids Support Worker
Job Offer

Then this Kids Support Worker position could be the perfect opportunity for you! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide support to children in Carlisle and Cumbria.
Experience
Min 6 months of UK experience required working with children in mental health
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and empathy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to de-escalate challenging situations
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
PMVA (Preventative Measures and Violence Awareness) certification or willingness to obtain
Mandatory training completion
Flexibility to travel within Carlisle and Cumbria
Commitment to working at least 36 hours per week, predominantly long day shifts (12 hours)
