Family Support Worker – Wrexham County Borough Council

Location – Wrexham
Hours per week – 37 hours
Salary – Up to £18.00 an hour
Description:
As a Family Support Worker in the Looked After Children’s Team your role will be to supervise family time, deliver support to young people, engage young people and/or family members in direct work, Transport Young people on occasion and record accurate notes on the Local Authority computer system.
What is required?
Experience of the Care Management Process.
Experience of working with children.
