We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Manager to take on dual registration of two neighbouring services in St Neots, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs.
This role requires a leader who can inspire their team, deliver high standards of care, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and coach staff to help them maximise their potential through guidance, support, and positive role modelling.
Responsible for the management and supervision of staff to enable them to maximise their potential, through leadership, coaching, example, support and guidance.
Responsible for budget management.
Adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary.
Be responsible for the negotiation of contracts and fees with Local Authorities and PCT`s for new and existing services.
You will be required to maintain the high care standards that have been set in the home and be an excellent manager of staff.
Oversee all aspects of budget management and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations while continuously raising care standards.
Negotiate contracts and fees with Local Authorities and PCTs for both new and existing services.
Maintain excellent care standards and demonstrate strong leadership in managing a staff team.What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager, ideally in a larger home or across multiple sites.
Strong background in Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health services.
Experience within residential services.
Excellent leadership, organisational and time management skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of CQC requirements and best practice.
