As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Village Manager in daily operations, lead a motivated team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a premium environment.
Job Purpose
Responsible for the management, co-ordination and running of the following customer facing departments:
* All hospitality departments
* Spa and Wellness department
* Laundry and Housekeeping
* Activities
Overview
* To support the Village Manager in leading the business on a daily basis and planning for monthly operational delivery to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and experiences in a first-class environment through leading and supporting the operational Heads of Departments.
* To establish and maintain the values of the business, ensuring a motivated, skilled and customer focused team, leading through Head of Departments.
* To work with Village Manager and Head of Department colleagues to provide commercial awareness to the hospitality areas, increasing revenue, managing cost and staffing budgets.
* To ensure the village meets all regulatory and statutory requirements including fire, health and safety, COSHH, RIDDOR, HACCP, employment and compliance with the appropriate Acts.
