    Position Overview:
    As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of the children and young people in our care. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, guidance, and encouragement, helping them to develop essential life skills and build positive relationships.
    Key Responsibilities:

    Providing emotional and practical support to children and young people in a residential setting.
    Creating a safe and supportive environment where children feel secure and valued.
    Engaging in activities and outings that promote social, emotional, and physical well-being.
    Collaborating with colleagues and external agencies to meet the individual needs of each child.
    Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
    Qualifications and Experience:

    Previous experience working with children and young people in a residential setting is essential.
    A compassionate and patient nature, with the ability to build trust and rapport with children from diverse backgrounds.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
    Willingness to work flexible hours, including days and nights.
