Social Worker – Child Health & Disabilities Team | Cardiff Council
Salary: £35,235 – £39,513
Cardiff Council is looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join the Child Health & Disabilities Team on a permanent basis. This role focuses on supporting children with additional needs and disabilities, ensuring they and their families receive the right support at the right time.
About the Role:
Provide social work services for children with health and disability needs
Undertake assessments, develop care plans, and review progress
Collaborate with health, education, and social care partners
Maintain accurate case records and follow safeguarding procedures
Engage in supervision and ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For:
Social Work Degree or equivalent relevant qualification
2+ years post-qualifying experience in children and families work
Registered with Social Care Wales
Up-to-date Enhanced DBS
