Key Responsibilities:
Undertake general care taking duties, including cleaning and maintaining the premises to a high standard
Carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required
Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential hazards or issues, taking appropriate action to rectify them
Monitor and maintain security systems, ensuring the safety of the premises and occupants
Assist with setting up and coordinating events or activities, including room and equipment preparations
Manage and organise inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are available at all times
Respond promptly to any emergency situations and take appropriate action
Collaborate with colleagues and other team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive working environmentDesired Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar caretaker or facilities role is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practises
Basic DIY skills and a practical approach to problem-solving
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demandsWhat we offer:
Competitive hourly rate ranging from £11 to £12, based on experience
Full-time working pattern (8am – 4pm) with flexibility required
