A highly regarded, established provider is in need of a Home Manager for the Elderly. The home is ‘Good’ in all areas with CQC and is family ran.
The 27 bedded home has an established team, community, and an amazing family feel.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
Overall running of the care home
Managing budgets, marketing, and business aspects.
Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
Maintaining high standards of the home.
Boosting occupancy levels.Registered Manager Requirements:
Experience leading within a Care Home.
Experience working with the Elderly.
Experience liaising with Local Authorities.
IT Literate
At least 2 years managerial experience
Effective leadership.Benefits:
