Shifts available are full time on days or nights –
· DAYS – 39 hours (3 1/2 x 12 hour shifts with unpaid breaks) per week, 08:00 to 20:00, including alternate weekends.
· DAYS – 33 hours (3 x 12 hour shifts with unpaid breaks) per week, 08:00 to 20:00, including alternate weekends.
· NIGHTS – 22, 33 or 44 Hours a Week (2, 3 or 4 x 12 hr shifts 8pm-8am) with every other weekend off.
Key Responsibilities
* To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents.
* Following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
* To ensure that the Care Home values of trust, respect and care are always maintained.
Person specification
* One Year minimum experience of working in a social care environment would be advantageous.
* A willingness to develop new skills.
