Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of MASH Social Workers and support staff
Ensure timely and effective multi-agency safeguarding decisions
Oversee the daily triage and risk assessment of referrals
Provide professional advice and guidance to colleagues and partners
Maintain high standards of recording, analysis, and decision-making
Work collaboratively with Police, Health, Education, and other key servicesTo be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
Proven experience in frontline safeguarding, ideally within a MASH or duty setting
Strong leadership, organisational, and risk assessment skills
Social Work England registration and recognised social work qualification
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
