Support Worker – Multiple positions available
Lobster Recruitment are looking for Support Workers to join a growing team.
You will work with extraordinary people who achieve fantastic successes and work as part of a supportive team, focusing on outcomes through a person-centred approach.
We work closely with local services for vulnerable people, to offer flexible working hours including:
Early shifts
Late shifts
Long Day shifts
Night shifts
Requirements:
Have experience working with adults with learning and physical disabilities
Be passionate about providing excellent support
Be compassionate, take responsibility for your own actions and be keen to acquire new knowledge

Weekly Pay PAYE (Not Self Employed)
Employer Pension Contribution
Up to 28 days Holiday per year
Full Practical & Theory Training.
On call service, for out of usual office hours.
Immediate Start available (subject to pre-employment checks).
