We are looking to take on an experienced Manager to oversee our new home care/short breaks service. It’s a full-time post but we could look at it being a part-time post for the right candidate.
Because it’s a new role it will evolve and become busier over time. This is ideal for someone who has 2 years domiciliary care management experience – so experience of overseeing multiple packages/hours would be really helpful.
You will need to be a driver (non-Negotiable).
The client is a well established Kettering based Care provider.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
·At least 3 years recent experience of working in a domiciliary care management position at management level.
·Experienced in Working in partnership with other professionals e.g. health, local authority, CQC.
·Ideally have an NVQ Level 4 (Level 3 is essential)
