    I am currently representing Westminster Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience

    We are looking for a Hub Support Assistant this role will be: SW1E6QP

    The right candidate will:

    Support the day-to-day operation of the Rampayne Street Community Hub under the direction of the Hub Manager and Hub Support Officer.

    * Assist with the delivery of community activities and events, supporting residents, partners and visiting organisations.

    * Act as a friendly, visible and welcoming on-site presence, supporting hub users and everyday activity in the space.

    * Support the general use and organisation of hub spaces, including room set-up, pack-down and basic day-to-day tasks as required.

    * Help maintain a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for all users of the hub.

    We require the following:

    * Some experience in a customer-facing, community or public-facing environment is desirable.

    * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to questions and handle issues calmly.
