We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join an Outstanding-rated domiciliary care provider supporting a well-established and high-performing franchise service. The service delivers approximately 1,500 hours of care per week, including live-in care, and supports private clients only. This is a non-delivery role – no care calls are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Registered Manager with the operational management of the service
Assist with compliance, audits, and maintaining Outstanding standards
Support staff management, supervision, and retention
Contribute to service development and continuous improvement
Participate in the on-call rota (approximately 1 in 6)Requirements:
Experience in a senior or deputy role within care
Strong understanding of CQC compliance and quality standards
Confident supporting a large, privately funded care service
Organised, professional, and people-focused approachWhat’s on Offer:
Salary of £28,000 – £32,000
