Brand new opportunity for a Registered Manager to work within Children’s Residential!
Lead and manage the day to day operations
Supervise, mentor & support the team, including ensuring training and professional development is continuous and up to date
Having oversight and management of the homes budget & expenditure
Develop and implement bespoke & child centered care plans for the young people
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, Keys Standards and Policy’s & Procedures
Promote a positive, trauma-informed culture in the workplace.
Manage referrals, liaise with local authorities, and maintain strong relationships with external partners, Local Authorities & Stakeholders
Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to senior managementLocations available:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management of Residential Care
Extensive experience in managing young people’s residential care
Clear Understanding of Ofsted Standards & experience of leading Ofsted Inspections
Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care Models & Practice
Proven ability to lead and manage a Team with excellent communication skills
