Job Title – Pediatric Homecare Nurse
Salary – £32960
Location – Slough area
In this pivotal role, you will be visiting patients in a community setting to deliver medical treatments such as IV infusions, TPN treatments and both intramuscular and sub cut injections whilst also training patients to administer their own medication. Experience is essential in : Venepuncture, Cannulation, CVC, Port, and HPN. The focus is on clinical excellence, so you will be provided with all the support and flexibility you need to spend quality time with your patients and provide them with the best kind of 1-2-1 care. Although you will be working independently in the community, you will remain part of a wider nursing team.
This is a permanent position covering 32 hours per week with the requirement to drive to your patients homes.
The salary is £32960 pro rata with outstanding benefits and a London living allowance:
