? What You’ll Do As the lead of our Children’s Workforce Academy, you’ll:
Be a regional and national advocate for high-quality professional development.
Lead, motivate, and support the alternatively qualified workforce to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs for our learners.
Play a pivotal role in the Families First Programme implementation.
Conduct audits and quality assurance reviews to elevate standards and outcomes.? Who You Are You’re a creative and strategic leader with:
A solid background in children’s services (experience managing teams is a strong plus).
A passion for professional learning and development.
