Registered Domiciliary Manager – Norwich
Salary: £35,000 – £40000
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We’re supporting a new domiciliary care service in Norwich to find a passionate and skilled Registered Manager to lead an elderly-focused home care team. Already delivering over 800 care hours per week, this role offers the perfect mix of stability and scope for growth.
As Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping service delivery, supporting older clients with varying levels of need – from companionship and medication support to end-of-life and complex care – all within a person-centered and CQC-compliant framework.
The Role:
Manage a service dedicated to elderly care at home
Ensure excellent care quality, compliance, and safeguarding
Support and supervise care teams across Norwich and surrounding areas
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
Develop and implement strategies for service improvement and growthRequirements:
Registered Manager or senior-level experience in elderly domiciliary care
NVQ Level 5 or equivalent qualification (or studying toward)
Understanding of age-related conditions and best practice in home care
