Introduction:
I have a fantastic opportunity to manage a children’s residential care home, this role is open to experienced children’s home managers and deputy managers. You will need to have a minimum of a level 3 in children and young people.
Job Information:
OFSTED Registered Manager
Managing a 4 bedded residential care home for children and young people
Currently rated GOOD by OFSTED
Supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
Children are aged between 11-18
Full-settled staff team, to manage and develop
Work alongside HR to assist with recruiting and managing staff
Work with RI to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and can create positive outcomes for children and young people
Halifax based
Full-time permanent contract
Pay and Bonuses:
Package up to £66,500
