I have a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced deputy manager looking to step up, or an existing registered manager looking for a new challenge.
The vacancy is based in Oldham.
Salary:
Earning potential of over £65,000
Up to £60,000 salary
+ bonuses
Contract:
Monday – Friday, 9-5, + on calls
Full-time, permanent contract
Job Details:
Children’s Home Manager
OFSTED registration
Managing a new EBD home
Managing staff team, ensuring the service is a safe and effective environment to create safe and effective
Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards, whilst also implementing company policies and procedures
Oldham based
Requirements:
Deputy or Registered Manager experience
NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
