  • A rewarding opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to lead a specialist team supporting children and young people with complex needs. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for delivering high-quality, trauma-informed psychological services.

    Key responsibilities of a Clinical Psychologist:

    As a HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist, you will play a key role in delivering specialist psychological services across our residential care and education settings
    Oversee assessments, interventions, and therapeutic plans
    Ensure quality assurance, supervision, and staff development
    Lead the development of trauma-informed approaches, including self-harm interventions
    Work closely with care staff, schools, social workers, and CAMHS
    Lead and develop the clinical team, setting high standards and clear directionEssential criteria of a Clinical Psychologist:
    HCPC Registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
    Extensive experience working with children and young people with complex trauma
    Proven leadership experience within a clinical setting
    Excellent understanding of safeguarding, LAC frameworks, and multi-agency Collaboration
    Skilled in assessment, intervention, supervision, and report writing
    Strong commitment to evidence-based and trauma-informed practiceBenefits:
