Job Summary
This role involves working directly with children and families in the adoption process, providing support and guidance to ensure positive outcomes. Specific responsibilities will be outlined during the interview process.

Qualification/education
Relevant social work degree (e.g., BA/BSW, MSW) and registration with a professional social work body.
Experience
Experience working with children and families in a social work capacity is preferred. Specific experience in adoption is highly desirable but not mandatory for exceptionally qualified candidates.
Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and case management skills are essential. Strong organizational and time management abilities are required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with child protection procedures is highly beneficial.
