Participate in regular case reviews and supervision sessions.

Expectations / Requirements
We’re looking for you, if:
You hold a relevant social work degree and are registered with the appropriate regulatory body.
You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a social work capacity.
You have a proven track record of successful case management and client advocacy.
You possess strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills.
You are proficient in using various social work tools and technologies.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You are passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and making a positive difference in their lives.
