Rate: £32.5 per hour
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Worker to join our team supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism in Lambeth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality social work interventions. Responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, liaising with multidisciplinary teams, and advocating for the well-being of service users.
