The Opportunity This is more than a management role — it’s a mission. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple adult social care or education services across Kidderminster, Dudley, and Worcester, with national travel and occasional overnights.
You’ll Lead On:
Interim and crisis management of services
New service commissioning and quality audits
Compliance as a Registered Manager (where required)
Mentoring staff and embedding best practice
Safeguarding, complaints, medication, and care governance
Referral handling, business development and budgetingWhat You’ll Bring:
